Our cadets will be under the guidance of a faculty pool composed of language and
science educators who all graduated with honors and have the passion to educate
as well as seasoned, competent and active merchant officers.
To maintain highly proficient and competent faculty members, we pursue a robust
Faculty Development Program which provides our teaching personnel with access to
continuing education, professional training, maritime research and extension services.
